The staff was attentive. The location is special in a posh neighborhood. I found the black walls and art deco touches transported me to a different time..

I must say I found the wooden floors to be quite slippery. I think this should be addressed. I also thought the service in the bar was slow, I waited for a long time to be served. The wine list was not great, it was disappointing

the location is amazing and very central. harrods is only 5 minutes away. the staff were polite and genuine. i thank veruska, ryan, and andrei for their help in organizing my wife's birthday.

the room lacked drawers with only six hangers. we requested more, but received just three. there were exactly two power outlets for our use. the housekeeping was spotty and twice we received no clean towels.
