attentive staff special location art deco slippery floor slow service limited wine choice
The staff was attentive. The location is special in a posh neighborhood. I found the black walls and art deco touches transported me to a different time..
I must say I found the wooden floors to be quite slippery. I think this should be addressed. I also thought the service in the bar was slow, I waited for a long time to be served. The wine list was not great, it was disappointing

adequate stay near harrods
central location polite staff genuine staff few drawers limited outlets spotty housekeeping
the location is amazing and very central. harrods is only 5 minutes away. the staff were polite and genuine. i thank veruska, ryan, and andrei for their help in organizing my wife's birthday.
the room lacked drawers with only six hangers. we requested more, but received just three. there were exactly two power outlets for our use. the housekeeping was spotty and twice we received no clean towels.

fantastic design attentive staff ready assistance
i was impressed with the design, each detail so carefully chosen. the room had a fantastic design aesthetic. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist , which i particularly valued.
the wine list at the bar was somewhat limited.

the beautiful room had a large comfortable bed. frette bedding was also included. i noted the inclusion of fabric-covered wardrobes, a stylish touch that added to the room's aesthetic.

the hotel is located conveniently near knightsbridge and sloane street. harrods is only a 10 minute walk away. the hotel's position allowed easy access to major attractions and shopping areas.

the staff members were super friendly and pleasant. their willingness to assist with any request was notable. they provided attentive service throughout my stay.
